All items purchased from bluemarshapparel.com are final with the exception of damaged or defective items.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue. All defective or wrong items must be reported within 10 days of purchase date. These will be considered on a case-by-case basis and if need be replaced with a product of equal value.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
A return label will be supplied to customers who believe to have received wrong or damaged goods. Shipping for these products are not free, and a fee of $10.00 will be charged to the customer for the return of 1-5lbs. Prices for returns may vary depending on the weight of purchased item.
